Wow! this is a year+ old, but it's a good idea to post things like this, so I'm resurrecting it...
In 2012, I have the goal of steadily increasing my activity level in general, taking on "an active lifestyle". I want to do more things, both fitness-wise and socially. I intend to get in touch with my sensual side, so that I take more pleasure in the feeling of fresh air on my skin, the juicy tang of a strawberry, or the slick decadence of good quality chocolate melting on my tongue. If I can more fully enjoy each moment, and learn to listen to the authentic voice of my body, I believe health will naturally follow.
