I walked 30 on Wed. 45 on Thurs. and 30 today! I'm trying to do a streak for as long as I can and the weather is nice:)
You do really great with your sit and be fit! Sometimes I use the videos on here when the weather is bad.

You are doing great on the walking!

I did my Sit and Be Fit workout again today. During the week, I do it when it airs on PBS, but on the weekend, or if I can't do it when it's on tv during the week, I have DVD workouts I do.
Just bought a Paul Eugene chair aerobic DVD from Ebay today.

I am sorry I didn't see this post sooner.
I have actually been on a streak of exercising at least 15 minutes per day since the 1st of this month. I have been doing mostly Sit and Be Fit workouts but I have also done a Jodi Stolove Sit and Tone workout a couple of times too. So far, it's been a 17 day streak; I think that's the longest one I have ever had, even before I had cancer.

Well, today I will take my medical clearance into work and find out when and how many days I will be working. I am excited to get out of this house and out of bed! I work at the Salvation Army Homeless Shelter so I will probably be working 10 pm to 6 am again. I have to start all over because I have been out for almost a year, almost to the day!
I wish I could spark at work, because I will be sleeping during the day, but I will still have the evenings:)

It's all right Sue. It is a brand new day. We can bolster each other up and make this happen today. I'll look for your post and you look for mine :) even if it is only a few minutes it will be a few more minutes than if we did nothing.

Day 3 (yesterday) I hit a wall and it was all because of a sock. No really. I got dressed and ready to go to the basement and I only had one sock (laundry day). I hunted everywhere and still only one sock. So I walked around the house all day in my workout clothes and did everything but workout. By the time the kids got home I changed and we began the pick up drop and transport cycle for the day. I was bummed and disappointed in myself so I figured okay I have to pull this out somehow so after picking up the older teenager and dropping off the younger one I went to Walmart. Older teen shopped for science fair stuff and I walked Walmart for 35 minutes. It's lame but there it is and all because of a blasted sock. Should have bought some extra pairs while i was at walmart.

Treadmill 46 minutes max 2.2 mph went 1.5 miles

Day 2
Treadmill 53 minutes I got up to 2.3 mph for a little bit 1.7 miles
