Hi,
I think for this month's challenge I would like to post steps. My goal is to get 10 000 steps a day and participate in the wii fit challenges. I haven't participated well in the weekly challenges. So I ll post my daily steps and my daily minutes on the wii.. Hopefully that works. emoticon whatever works to motivate me!!

Here's our November tracker for this ongoing monthly challenge..

For any new folks who want to join in, this is a simple challenge. We each set a personal goal for the month on how much time we will spend exercising. You can use this to track your total exercise minutes (regardless of type) or you might want to track only your Wii-related exercise here; it is up to you. So whether you are using Wii Fit, Walk It Out, SparkPeople videos, or another workout program, I encourage you to set your goal for the month and track what you think will help motivate you to keep going and to reach the goal you set. Of course the time you spend in our regular weekly challenges can count here too.

If you are tracking your Wii Fit workout, it is easy to track; just report the time as shown in our Wii Fit Banks (the little piggy on the main Training screen). If you are tracking any other workout, just report the number of minutes worked out each day, or steps taken, etc. Keep active and you'll be surprised how fast the time adds up -- Good luck to all!

Goodies to be awarded to all participants.

Here's a tracker you can copy into your own post if you want to use the same.

HOW TO POST: I really want to make this as easy as possible for everyone. It is up to each individual if you want to create one post and just keep editing it to reflect your daily workouts, or copy and paste it to create a new post each time. If you edit one post, it will create fewer entries and may be easier for you to find your entry the next day. I am fine with either way. Let me know if you have questions about how to do any of this.

Hoping that this may help us to continue good workouts during the busy holiday season. Good luck to us all!
