I have also started to try to challenge my son to do the same workout I am and a lot of the time he is trying to do them. Although it is a hard time to get him to do the yoga and strength training exercises on it. Never have trouble getting him to do the running or the as he would say fun ones.

completed mondays challenge
Completed Tuesday's challenge - Yeah! my worst exercises can't balance but laugh alot.
Wednesday -completed .
Thursday - done - hula hoop for 6 min kills me but feel good did it
Friday - completed and added a run because no points for plank - collapsed after 30 sec.
Saturday - very rough emotional day for me - bagged exercise ( no not smart but) looking forward to new challenge
NEW week - no new challenge yet so I did last row of yoga and first arobic last row. also added a run to total 30minutes.
Tuesday - last row of strength - did 3 push ups trainer won. lol and step basic
Wednesday - worked late so o eercise w/wii but!still walked
Thursday - did balance - stilll stink and island run.
Friday - yoga again with boxing

Expanding on last week's challenge, how about if we do the exercises that are in the middle row? Below is the schedule for this week. Remember if you do not have something unlocked or if you are unable to do a particular exercise, pick a replacement one. Be careful, be active & enjoy!
