Sun 24 Did not have the wii with me, but I did do 30 minute intervals on the incumbent bicycle.

Mon 25 30 min TBS body weight and 20 min wii fit balance and yoga.

***This is the first time I have ever exercised this many days in a row!! Yea!!***

Sunday: Table Tilt + - 8 min
Fireworks - 2 min
Obstacle Course - Beg - 3 min; Adv.- 4 min
Perfect 10 - (20) - 2 min
Ski Jump - 1 min
Total: 20 minutes

Monday: Obstacle Course (Adv.) - 12 min
Table Tilt + - 4 min
Adv. Step - 5 min
Total: 21 min

Tuesday: Obstacle Course (Adv.) - 20 min

Wednesday: Body Test only

Thursday: Body Test only

Friday: Obstacle Course (Adv.) - 20 min - boy was I sweating!

Saturday: Obstacle Course (Adv.) - 11 min - FINALLY completed it!
Table Tilt + - 9 min (new high level)
Total: 20 min

Crazy busy week, but I'm pleased with what I got done. I don't think it gets less busy crazy until July!

CHALLENGE: Mar 24 - 30 -- 20 Minutes per Day

Hi All - I'm keeping this week's challenge simple.

I challenge you each to get in 20 minutes of Wii Fit (or Plus) time each day this week. If you do not use the Wii each day, then be sure to get in 20 minutes on the day that you do use Wii.

Remember, you can always choose to exceed the challenge and do even more exercises than it calls or. emoticon

Enjoy and let us know what you do with your Wii time this week so we can cheer each other on.
