Saw too late on Sunday. Need to go to bed.

Monday- Determined to do this today.

25 minutes Advanced Step. I am bad but I love it anyway. Top is only 631 points so far.
Then, did miscellaneous balance games for 5 minutes. Then, because I was having fun, I did 8 more minutes of Yoga on Wii Fit.

Earlier today, I used the stairs at work for almost the whole day. I can go 6 floors so far. (That is the floor my office is on.) I can't breathe well after 3.5, stop to catch breath at 5 and force myself that one last flight but really wanted to quit at 5. Going down was so much easier!


Tuesday-
Advanced Step- 35 minutes. High for today was 628 pts.


Wednesday-
36 minutes today. Mostly Advanced Step but some assorted balance games as well. My high score for the step was 640 today. 173 calories burned.

Thursday-
Friday-
Saturday- Got off track for a couple of days due to bad family news. Got to it today though and did the Advanced Step and a couple of other Wii Fit activities for 40 minutes.

It was a great challenge to get me back in the game. Thanks!

My back is out this evening (don't know when it will come home). I will start tomorrow.
I set wii up today, first time in 6 months or more! I am EXCITED, these are ones I can do!

March begins the end of this week so I thought it would be good to spend this week marching away the calories. Here is the list of Wii Fit exercises that seem march-like to me:

Free Step (as long as you step high & lively)
Advanced Step
Rhythm Parade

For any members who might have difficulty with this much leg work or just prefer some more variety, I suggest the following alternate exercises to mix in as needed:

Rhythm Boxing
Triceps Extensions
Big Top Juggling

Your challenge is simply to put in at least 20 minutes of one or more of these exercises each day. Goodies awarded to all who participate.

Good luck & I hope you enjoy marching away those calories.
