Have been battling a head cold and sore neck so haven't done any exercising on Wii Fit since Wed. Did get on Sat just to do the body check and Wii age.

I didn't do the challenge today because my hip was bothering me.(that's what happens when you get hit by a 4X4) I did some other Wii exercises 19 minutate and 20 minutes of walking

Thanks for your response. I had my phone nearby and would take a photo of the tv screen after each exercise. Thought that would make sense, till I went to try to get the numbers off from the pictures and I had a hard time figuring out which photo was which exercise, cause, stupidly I took more then 1 photo at times so I got all confused. sigh.............

Thanks for your advice on how to do it.... or not... if that is the case. :-)

Hi KCS2013! I'm glad you are enjoying your first challenge with us. Congrats on getting it finished before the big game today!

As to your questions about how to record your scores here: I am okay with whatever approach you want to take. Most participants copy the list of exercises and then add their scores for that day; creating a new post for each day. Some people prefer to keep a running total of all the days in a single post and so their post will include the current day's results plus a pasted copy of all the previous days.

About remembering our scores: I cannot remember any of them unless I write them down as soon as I finish each exercise.

Regardless of what I wrote above, please please note that these challenges are primarily meant to help us use our Wii Fits in order to improve our fitness and get in some good exercising and fun. If doing all the reporting of your individual scores is too much work or takes too long, you don't really have to post them here. You could just post that you did the challenge and anything else you might want to share. I don't want to make it too time-consuming. Focus on the exercising and the rest is all extra depending on what you like to do.

CHALLENGE: Feb 3-9 Wii Waist Whittling

This week's exercises will focus on our core and doing exercises that will help us whittle away our waists with our Wii Fits. We've had this challenge before; but, I'm feeling a little pudgy around the middle so thought it was a good time to redo this one. emoticon

To start things off, let's do the Body Test and report our Wii Age at the beginning of the week & again at the end. How big a difference will you get between your real age and your Wii Age? Will it improve through the week? Good luck!

Now, do each of these exercises at least once per Wii Fit session this week. You can do as many reps as you want to try for better scores of course; but only once is required. To add to the fun, let's report our best times (be sure to include difficulty level) so can see who gets the top score overall & who can reach new personal highs.
