Finally recovered from a virus and can exercise (and walk without coughing)!!!

Fri.
R = Running. Did Basic Run (3 min) and Free Run (10 min). Also did Beginner Skateboard Arena because it's one of my favorites...

I'm new as of Thursday!

Thurs: Arm & Leg lifts DONE, Advanced step DONE, Skateboard arena DONE! 21min total
Fri: Free Run while watching The Chew haha :) 30min total

Sun: Wii Fit Bank - 1105:38 (I've been having to keep my own running total since the bank started going backwards and losing time) I don't do the Wii Fit on Sundays since that is my long day and am gone from 8:45AM until about 8PM.

Mon: 37min Did the Sun and Mon exercises
Tue: 35min my running days are done so did 20min of free step plus some others
Wed: 25min Wed exercises plus others
Thurs: 35min Thur exercises plus others- set a NPB in Free Arena Skateboard

Jan/Feb Challange:

Fit bank start 5:05
Extensions --legs =73; tricep 20 each side; spine 4! I cannot seem to balance just right..but it felt food!
Boxing -- one round 10 min 1046, forgot about Bird eye..will do and edit later today
Running-- basic run: 1st run unlocked long run; 2nd run I strayed and followed dog. 3rd run I did a short run in basic run +
Ula hoops :-D And push up challenge (perfect for u cause UUGGHH)
Arms/leg lift-- Done
Advanced Step done
Arena skateboard- done, I have trouble getting it to respond just right. Even my son tried it, it didn't move the way we thought it should.
Run again-- 30 minutes, do not remember if it was free run, or island run. I was running in circles around furniture and such! My toddler thought this was the best.
Y- my choice Saturday -free fun day -little competition with my kids.... They are mean when it comes to competition! Love it

CHALLENGE: Jan 27 - Feb 2 Can You Believe It's F-E-B-R-U-A-R-Y?



Okay, I know the first day of this challenge isn't quite in February, but this week's challenge is to honor the new month and to get it off to a good & active start. Each day has different requirements for us. I hope you enjoy the variety.

Note: If you don't use your Wii each day, you can still participate in the challenge by doing as much as you can.

Sun.
F
= Fit Bank. Check your Wii Fit Bank total time now & record it here to mark where you are are to start the week. 0 I just got Wii Fit Plus

E
= Extension, Single Leg
= Extension, Triceps
= Extension, Spine
= Extra - do whatever cardio exercise you choose to get your blood moving

Mon.
B
= Boxing. Do a round of two of the Rhythm Boxing levels
= Bird's Eye Bull's Eye (on Plus)

Tues.
R = Running. Do the longest duration of Running that you can handle today. That may be 30 minutes Free Run for some, Basic Run - Island Lap for others. Just run, run, run for the cardio.

Wed.
U
= (H)ula Hoop. You know the H is silent, right? :-) Do the longest Hula Hoop you have unlocked.
= Up, Push-Up Challenge

Thurs.
A
= Arm & Leg Lift
= Advanced Step
= Arena, Skateboard (on Plus)

Fri.
R = Running. Since February is often a tough month to get outside for any cardio, we'll repeat Tuesday's Running challenge. Run as long as you can.

Sat.
Y = You Pick. You pick which Wii Fit / Plus exercises you want to do today. Your challenge is to do whatever number of minutes needed to end your total Fit Bank time on a whole hour (i.e., your Bank will show some number of hours with "00" minutes). Example: If you only need 15 minutes to get you to an even number of hours, you can choose to do 15 minutes of Wii Fit today or you can do 75 minutes. How energetic will you be?

F = Fit Bank. Check your Wii Fit Bank total time now & record it here to mark where you end the week. We'll have a special Goodie for whoever increased their Fit Bank the most this week.

Don't forget to substitute something for any exercise here that you really cannot do. The objective is to keep us up and moving. I hope you enjoy the challenge.

AWESOME - to find out the pig counts calories too! I'll try it all out tonight.
I loaned Wii Fit Plus to my daughter and haven't gotten it back. Never even got to try it yet.

Island Run is one of the levels within the Basic Run exercise. It's possible it will not be unlocked yet on everyone's Wii Fit, depending on what all you've done previously. If you don't have it unlocked, just pick a different Basic Run option for this challenge.

Hi! When you first look at the pig, it shows your total minutes of exercise for that day. Click on it and you will see your all-time total hours/minutes. It's a pretty cool feature. If you have Wii Fit Plus and click on it another time, it will show your calories burned on that day.

Can anyone tell me where to find it?
I know I get points daily - I try for 30 /day, but I've never known that there's a cumulative total somewhere.

Last week was the first time I did the challenge on here, and I had fun with some of the activities that I hadn't tried yet. Some of the choices this week aren't my favorites, so it will be good to have to do them. I ordered my Zumba for wii yesterday. Will that count on my cardio day?

Y = I went through all the training plus activities - did an extra perfect 10 and extra run and lots of fireworks (was trying to beat youngest daughter!) 58 minutes!

Completed 1 hour and 59 minutes this week.

Well this has been a crazy week and a crazier weekend so far but I am going to strive to succeed and get working!!! I just have to remind myself that Rome wasn't built in a day...but it was built :) had alot of problem with my knee last week though.

Lana, taking life one day at a time, working through pain and stress towards a more healthy me :)

I usually do workout videos these days but this sounds so fun I might add a little extra wii exercise this week! My starting time is 16:02.

CHALLENGE: Jan 27 - Feb 2 Can You Believe It's F-E-B-R-U-A-R-Y?

Okay, I know the first day of this challenge isn't quite in February, but this week's challenge is to honor the new month and to get it off to a good & active start. Each day has different requirements for us. I hope you enjoy the variety.

Note: If you don't use your Wii each day, you can still participate in the challenge by doing as much as you can.

Sun.
F
= Fit Bank. Check your Wii Fit Bank total time now & record it here to mark where you are are to start the week.

E
= Extension, Single Leg
= Extension, Triceps
= Extension, Spine
= Extra - do whatever cardio exercise you choose to get your blood moving

Mon.
B
= Boxing. Do a round of two of the Rhythm Boxing levels
= Bird's Eye Bull's Eye (on Plus)

Tues.
R = Running. Do the longest duration of Running that you can handle today. That may be 30 minutes Free Run for some, Basic Run - Island Lap for others. Just run, run, run for the cardio.

Wed.
U
= (H)ula Hoop. You know the H is silent, right? :-) Do the longest Hula Hoop you have unlocked.
= Up, Push-Up Challenge

Thurs.
A
= Arm & Leg Lift
= Advanced Step
= Arena, Skateboard (on Plus)

Fri.
R = Running. Since February is often a tough month to get outside for any cardio, we'll repeat Tuesday's Running challenge. Run as long as you can.

Sat.
Y = You Pick. You pick which Wii Fit / Plus exercises you want to do today. Your challenge is to do whatever number of minutes needed to end your total Fit Bank time on a whole hour (i.e., your Bank will show some number of hours with "00" minutes). Example: If you only need 15 minutes to get you to an even number of hours, you can choose to do 15 minutes of Wii Fit today or you can do 75 minutes. How energetic will you be?

F = Fit Bank. Check your Wii Fit Bank total time now & record it here to mark where you end the week. We'll have a special Goodie for whoever increased their Fit Bank the most this week.

Don't forget to substitute something for any exercise here that you really cannot do. The objective is to keep us up and moving. I hope you enjoy the challenge.
