Wii Fit Plus is brand new for me, so I'm still unlocking exercises as I can, so some are lower intensity/minutes, but I tried to do the same ideas!

Each day do the assigned Wii Fit / Plus exercises. Of course you can do more if you want; I'd never stop you from overachieving. :-) On 'easy' days, you might want to do each twice....just a thought. You pick the level or duration to do if it is not specified. Enjoy!

Getting next week's challenge posted a little earlier than I usually manage. This way if you are in a time zone ahead of me, you have no excuse for not knowing about the challenge. - evil grin - I hope you all enjoy this challenge and I hope I get my Wii reconnected so I can do this along with you.
