New Year and new goals for me. I'm ashamed to say that I have not gotten in much Wii lately -- mainly because the TV I use for it went on the fritz. Hopefully, I'll have the Wii hooked up to the replacement TV soon; but, for now, I'm using this tracker for my new goal of walking 7,000 steps per day on average. I'm sure some days may be under that; but, hoping to make it balance out on other days.

Here's the January thread and tracker for this ongoing monthly challenge.
In addition to continuing this challenge for the Wii Fit, I want to officially open it up to other forms of exercise as well. So whether you are using Wii Fit, Walk It Out, SparkPeople videos, or another workout program, I encourage you to set your goal for the month and use this challenge to track progress.
For any new folks who want to join in, this is a simple challenge. We each set a personal goal for the month on how much time we will spend exercising. You can use this to track your total exercise minutes (regardless of type) or you might want to track only your Wii-related exercise here; it is up to you. I encourage you to use this challenge to track what you think will help motivate you to keep going and to reach the goal you set. Of course the time you spend in our regular weekly challenges counts here too.
If you are tracking your Wii Fit workout, it is easy to track; just report the time as shown in our Wii Fit Banks (the little piggy on the main Training screen). If you are tracking any other workout, just report the number of minutes worked out each day. Keep active and you'll be surprised how fast the time adds up -- Good luck to all!

HOW TO POST: I really want to make this as easy as possible for everyone. It is up to each individual if you want to create one post and just keep editing it to reflect your daily workouts, or copy and paste it to create a new post each time. If you edit one post, it will create fewer entries and may be easier for you to find your entry the next day. I am fine with either way. Let me know if you have questions about how to do any of this.
