So last year I fell not only off the wagon, but off the road as well. I've decided that 2013 is the year I get back at it for real. My husband (yes, I got married last year!) and I decided we would do whatever we could to support each other in this endeavor. So, with that said I will be trying to pick back up with the workouts. I'm starting this one today, so nothing from the first of the week.

This sounds great. Just got through with my morning routine which included Free Step for 20 mins (1795 steps) the leg extension.I must say that I did go this morning considering that I have been slacking on the excerising. I burned 250 cal and my time was 51 mins.
