Hi all I'm new and was so pleased to see this forum for the Wii fit - you see I live way way out in the sticks my nearest gym is a 100mile round trip away so my Wii is my gym!!! Also finding you couldn't be more timely this week for the first time I managed to run 10500k in 30mins on the free run

I had to get new batteries for my Wii Board and Wii remotes. I haven't been used it for a year!!!
Almost forgot how fun it was. Today, I had a new best; finally managed to get a perfect march for Rhythm Parade - Advanced.

I literally wiped the dust off of the WII.I was playing the Xbox but am having problems with it.It is only a couple of moths since he bought it. Igot my Wii for Christmas 3 years ago and it still is going strong.Had to replace the board though. I did 39 minutes today.20 minutes of yoga and the WiiFit plus games and 10 minutes of free step.And it`s hooked up in the living room so I changed the channel and stepped as I watched tv.Pretty neat!
Love is`nt something you wait for or something that comes to you from elsewhere,but rather that it`s a behavior,a way of being in the world.

Thanks got the Country Dance for Wii today. Did one dance and that was enough for today. Lots of fun but a little more energetic than I want to do at this time but looking forward to doing more as I feel better.

I'm sorry to hear about your bronchitis, MOWINELADY. It's a good thing you went to the doc and found out it was more than just allergies. Take care and just do as much exercise as you can. A little workout is good when you're ill; but, have to be careful not to overdo it.

I am not sure I will be able to do 20 minutes each day but will try to do the best I can.
I was doing so good until last week. I thought at first I just had allergies but finally went to the doctor and was told I had bronchitis. Feeling better but definitely not up to doing a lot of exercise.
I have really enjoyed this challenge and looking forward to doing more in the coming year.

ALESHASMOM - Normally this weekly challenge is for the Wii Fit only; but, this week, I'll count any Wii game. I think it can be difficult to get in exercise during the holidays so we'll take anything we can do. Just let us know what game you are doing. Enjoy!

Merle, I know 2012 has been a crazy year but I don't think I want to repeat it even if it means I'd be a year younger. This challenge should be to finish out 2012 not 2011. I haven't been on my Wii for about 2 weeks now and need to find some time to get back into the habit again.
