What I understand from these types of challenges is that you often simply reply to challenge. Usually if weekly, I will go ahead and write the days in. After each day completed return to your response and click on the edit button you may then make changes. This is where I add the exercises for the day following the bank readings. Hope this gives you a little bit of an idea. Good Luck!

I, too, was curious about the hours and minutes. Today, I will click the bank. Thank you for the information. I am also curious about adding extra activities. They never seem to go in. I just have'nt used that portion. I agree, I have gained a great deal through the wii activities. You do a great job of coming up with fun ways to change it around.

Hi Merle and all you other Wii-ers.
I recently got a new Wii, my daughter kidnapped my old one and I have just let the new one sit for about 6 months.. Lazy I know. I think its time for me to get back in the swing of getting some exercise. I used to be here almose every day, but now that I finally have a job again, my time is limited.
I want to (make that I Will) turn over a new leaf and start exercising 5 days a week again.

Hi thanks for the nice message. That sounds doable. I will try my wii tomorrow and just not do the ones that will tax my knee that took the brunt of my fall last week. Will also try to keep drinking water and eat more sensibly. Get back to you tomorrow and let you know how it went. Have a nice day tomorrow. Gale

Howdy, GRAMMAGALE2BOYS!
I'm sorry to hear about your friend. Even though you are not depressed, dealing with that loss on top of other stresses in your life can definitely be tough and throw us off our game. I hope you can find the motivation to eat a little better at your next meal and get in at least 15 minutes of exercise. How's that for a challenge? :-) Best wishes!
Merle

I feel the same way. I have been gone from here a while myself and come back sporadically. I miss the camaraderie and the support too. For some reason have been eating more bad stuff and not exercising. I did take a fall the last week at the county fair but mostly got bruised and didn't break anything. I don't know why I reach for all the wrong things. I don't feel it's that I am depressed or anything but I do keep worrying about a lot of things out of my control so I know I am anxious. I did lose a dear friend this past week from my childhood. We were in two separate states but talked on the phone every couple of months. Had been thinking of her a lot lately and she just passed away after a blood clot very suddenly. That made me really sad but cannot attribute it to this downward spiral I am on. I do need reassurance and support to get back to where I know I can be. Here's hoping this week will be better.

I've been gone for awhile. I am back and hopefully for a very long time. I love SP and the support and encouragement it provides and all the people who are part of the SP family. Will post after I finish today's challenge.

Yes Yes Yes! I needed something to help motivate me! I have had trouble sticking to anything for a long time now. I joined several challanges in the past and never completed them. This time I feel like I can do it, My daughter loves for me to play on the WII with her so maybe she can help me stay motivated.

Challenge: Sep 23-29 Fall Into Fitness 2012
Wow, time surely does fly. It is time for our annual Fall Into Fitness challenge. Last week was the official end of Summer / beginning of Fall - I swear summer gets shorter each year.
To get us going into Fall on a good note, this week's challenge is simply to put in at least 15 minutes per day of Wii Fit (or Plus) time with the exercises of your choice. Share what your Wii Fit Bank total time is at the beginning of the week & then again at the end so that we can all see how quickly the fitness minutes accumulate.
As always, it's fun to see how everyone is doing throughout the week, so post updates like how much time you put in, any new personal bests, what exercises you did, etc.
Let's start off this Fall as the most active one ever. Take care all & wishing you new high scores & new fitness successes.
Merle
