Ok this week I decided to give this challenge a try. For several weeks I would print out the challenge or write it down intending to do it and haven't. So today I decided I would give it a go. Also noticed that some of the exercises listed on this particular challenge are some I have never done before where as others I have. Since I am starting today I did not include Sunday and Monday. And I will edit this daily with what I have done for the day. I will also include anything extra I did on the Wii as sometimes I do other things on it and I have one thing that I do as the very last thing every time I do exercising on it. I am also in more then one Wii group and both have a challenge so tried to do as much as I could do from each. I also have a tendency on some of the exercises to do them twice, instead of just once like I do some others.


Tuesday - Balance Top Shelf:
- Soccer Heading 14 pts, 19 pts
- Ski Slalom 1:05:45, 0:42:66
- Ski Jump 79m, 0, this one never likes me.
- And From Aerobics Top, Basic Run - Island Lap 48% first time doing this long run and I was hurting from it, tried doing it at a pace I could handle.

I also did Torso Twists 2 sets rep 1- 82 pts, rep 2- 85 pts
Tricep Extension 2 sets of 20 reps each
Rowing Squats I did 15 but got 0 pts cause I forgot and didn't make sure that I hit the blue part
and finished with 2 times of Locus Focus at 180 secs each.


Wednesday - Yoga Top Shelf:
- Deep Breathing 86 pts
- Half-Moon 85 pts
- Warrior 98 pts, 98 pts
- Tree I can't do this pose yet
- Sun Salutation 95 pts although can't totally reach my toes
- And From Aerobics Top, Hula or Rhythm Kung Fu
Hula Hoop 291 spins this is the most spins I have ever done and the first time I had all the hoops on my Mii

Thursday - Strength Top Shelf: (difficult days!) You pick the number of reps
- Single Leg Extension
- Push-up and Side Plank
- Torso Twist
- Jackkife
- Lunge
- And From Aerobics Top, Basic Step or Segway Circuit

Friday - Balance Top Shelf:

Thursday and Friday I had walked for an hour each day and wasn't feeling good after so didn't do the Wii.

Saturday

16/20 solved it was giving me a hard time with not wanting to hit the thing.
next time doing got Perfect 0:50:76

Rhythm Kung Fu 350 pts, 450 pts
Deep Breathing 82 pts, 86 pts
Warrior 96 pts, 97 pts
Torso Twist 94 pts 6 reps
Tricep Extension 20 reps each arm did this instead of another top shelf because at this time can only do the Torso Twist on the top shelf
Hula Hoop 284 spins
Basic Run short distance 48%
Soccer Heading 46 pts, 30 pts
Ski Slalom 0:35:51, 0:41:11
Basic Run Plus 104%
Locus Focus 180 secs, 180 secs
