did 15 minutes of Just Dance - WHEW that gets your heart pumping. The only songs I'm good at are the disco songs is that because of my age LOL.
Did 15 minutes of Wii Fit Plus. Today I am down again today in the weight.
I am steam mopping the WHOLE house, conditioning the leather furniture in the family room, washing the linen slipcovers in the living room and doing both bathrooms today. Does that count for exercise? All while I listen to Pandora Gladys Knight station.

Did 50 minutes on the Wii Fit Plus today - 20 minutes of that was challenging the Hubs with the bubble, boxing, advanced stepping and table tilt and the advanced segway.
Down 2.2 pounds from Monday. I didn't post my loss, because I gained everything I lost working so hard for two weeks during my sister's one week visit. It is so hard to take it off and sooooo easy for it to return - GHEEZ.
I have another reason to keep going with this and stay serious - I promised my DIL I'd be her workout and weight loss buddy. My DS and DIL went to a reproductive endocrinologist yesterday, they found out she has polycystic ovary syndrome - she is on medication and they changed her thyroid medication from levoxyl to synthroid, put her on a very low carb diet, 30 grams a day. The fertility doc also put her on Metformin.

I think I recorded this right, if not let me know so I can fix it tomorrow. I need to work on that Arm and Leg Lift, my 3 year old thought that I was being a horse and kept trying to jump on me LOL.

Well.... I have had out of town guests at my home, they came on Wednesday and left yesterday and emoticon I didn't get on the Wii - but I did try to stick to my diet (and budget) by eating at home most of the time.
So today I logged in and found the challenge:

This only got me to 16 minutes and I really wanted to work my core as well...so I added:

- Perfect 10 - 45.76 (add to 10)
- Torso Twists - 95 pts (3 reps)
- Jackknife - 100 pts (10 reps)

Which put me at 21 minutes! :)

Hi All! First, I'm sorry to be posting this a little late. I let the weekend almost get away from me and feel a bit behind in a few things, including this. If you usually get in your Wii workouts before this time of day, then just start this challenge on Monday this week.

Believe it or not, this is National Scoop The Poop week. Why would I kid about a thing like that? LOL Just in case you doubt me, here's the link where I learned of this special "holiday":

To celebrate Scoop the Poop week, we will do all the dog-related exercises I could come up with on Wii Fit. If you can think of others, by all means, let us know and we can add them into the mix.

Your goal is to spend at least 20 minutes each day doing these dog-related exercises. You can mix them up and do whatever combination you like, or just do all of one exercise for the entire 20 minutes; it's up to you. Here is the list to pick from:

- Downward Dog yoga pose
- Basic Run, any duration - there are dogs to run with you here. Maybe follow a different dog with each run.
- Segway Cursuit - dogs will help pop those balloons for you
- Island Cycling - dogs will help get flags and balloons
- Arm & Leg Lift - because it reminds me a little bit of a dog at a fire hydrant -- sorry about that graphic.
- Skateboard Arena - because I've seen lots of videos of that bulldog skateboarding.

I hope you decide to join in this week. I challenge everyone to do this 20 minutes every day. But, if you do not exercise 7 days a week, just be sure to do this a minimum of 3 days this week. Goodies to all who compete (also, I'll do my best to catch up on some past goodies that I still owe you).
