March begins mid-week so I thought it would be good to spend this week marching away the calories. Here is the list of Wii Fit exercises that seem march-like to me:

Free Step (as long as you step high & lively)
Advanced Step
Rhythm Parade

Update: For any members who might have difficulty with this much leg work, I suggest the following alternate exercises for you this week:

Rhythm Boxing
Triceps Extensions
Big Top Juggling

Your challenge is simply to put in at least 20 minutes of one or more of these exercises each day.

Good luck & I hope you enjoy marching away those calories.
