Tue, 8/11 - I did the Tuesday sets for this challange on top of my own routine.
Thurs, 10/11- I did my own routine. I included though Big Top Juggling from the Thursday sets.

Alot of my routines includes these, but alot of these movements i struggle doing. And i didn't do the wii everyday since i was sick at end of the week. And Wednesday i went for a big walk instead of playing wii.

This is my birthday week (Saturday is the actual day) & you all get to celebrate with me by doing this challenge of birthday-related activities. I hope you join me in another week of good Wii Workout to help keep us young & fit.

Remember - If you cannot safely do a certain activity or do not yet have it unlocked, pick a substitute to do in its place. The important thing is to keep on moving.

I challenge you to do the following on the designated days & to post, as usual, to let us all know how you're doing and to celebrate your achievements. You pick the number of reps / duration if it is not specifically stated.

Yoga Deep Breathing - practice for blowing out those candles on the cake
Arm & Leg Lift, 10 reps - some days we just need a "lift"
Jackknife - need a knife for cutting the cake of course

Big Top Juggling - don't all birthday parties need a clown?
Obstacle Course - practice dodging old age, wrinkles, saggy anything,

Yoga Warrior Pose - to fight off the signs of aging
Yoga Dance Pose - doing a happy birthday dance
Super Hula Hoop, 6 or 10 mins - continuing the dance theme
