I did 16 min on Sunday - mostly table tilt and perfect 10 - my hips were a bit sore from wearing my shape walking shoes the day before.
Today was 30 min free step

So subtracting 46 minutes from what the pig says now - the starting time is:

Challenge #167: Sep 25 - Oct 1 Fall Into Fitness

This week is our 4th annual Fall Into Fitness challenge. Since Friday was the official first day of the Autumn season, I thought it would be appropriate to celebrate the change of seasons this week.

To get us going into Fall on a good note, this week's challenge is simply to put in at least 20 minutes per day of Wii Fit time with the exercises of your choice. Share what your Wii Fit Bank total time is at the beginning of the week & then again at the end so that we can all see how quickly the fitness minutes accumulate.

As always, it's fun to see how everyone is doing throughout the week, so post updates like how much time you put in, any new personal bests, what exercises you did, etc.

Let's start off this Fall as the most active one ever. Take care all & wishing you new high scores & new successes. Goodies to be awarded to all participants.
