Having a lot going on...tax season (my work), relocating May 1, single parenting, and sharing a home with my elderly mother...I needed to find calm in the storm. So I began with 30 minutes of Yoga every morning. It's only been a week, but I feel amazing! Not so stiff and definitely more calm! My daughter even said the same thing this morning, so it must be working!
