Step is my favorite type of cardio workout. However, I try to do other things for variety.

Usually I do advanced step on Monday (we did double step today).
Build and Burn which uses a step on Wednesday
Cardio box which uses a step the first half hour on Thursday.

Done: 90 minutes
To do: 110 minutes

Not sure... I did step today though... I keep track of total fitness minutes; it's too much for me to keep track of which minutes are for which workout.
Working out is hard enough! lol

Another 30 minutes done today, so that's a total of 60min.

Step done: 60 minutes
Step left to do: 140 minutes

So, at least 170 minutes left before the end of the month! I gotta get more step in! I'm just so in love with Hip Hop Hustle right now, I'm having a hard time doing anything else!

180 minutes so far... more if there were more step classes offered! I just can't get enough! I have to supplement it with other workouts though. Step is more just fun than a workout for me. emoticon

My goal is to do at least 200 minutes of step by Oct. 31st. I'm doing other workouts so that's why it might seem a little low, but at least I'll have to come here and post my step workouts!

Only 33 min so far but that will increase starting tomorrow. Also, I'm doing HIIT and so don't get a lot of "minutes" in but I get a killer work out in 1/2 hr!
