I do Zumba, and I think it is fun. I also do cycle because it is a good workout. In general I don't like cycle because it is kind of boring. (no choreography--just pedaling. If the music is good, it's okay.)
I like Power Yoga. It can be really challenging.
I also like strength training classes like body pump or lifting weights to music. I like Pilates and ball classes for abs. Bosu is good for core work and balance as well. I think the more different things you do, the better for your body.
