How will I celebrate this year? Same as always but without children: lamb, spring veggies, colored eggs, little chocolates, flowers.
Favorite spring holiday memories? Bountiful Easter baskets, Easter egg hunts with my siblings and cousins at Grandma's, huge family meal, new clothes and shoes. Christmas was just the core family, Easter was the extended family, the opposite of my life now.
Enjoy gambling? No.
If I won a lottery what would I do? No idea. I'd get my kids and their wives together and we'd all figure it out together. Any bonus to me is a bonus to them.

Do you celebrate Passover, Easter, or another spring holiday? Or none of the above? I celebrate Easter, but I enjoy learning about and participating in the others.
If you celebrate one of the holidays, how will you celebrate this year? My ex is bringing our son, and Iím cooking leg of lamb for dinner.
Whatís one of your favorite spring holiday memories? Coloring eggs with my son. Due to his disability, Frank couldnít actually dip the eggs himself, so I put his wheelchair next to the kitchen table and Iíd ask him what color each egg should be. I never will forget the year he was on a purple jag!
Do you enjoy casinos or gambling? Nope, the office football pool is as dangerous as I care to get. I think I work too hard for my money to feed it to a machine that doesnít even say thank you!
If you won a huge lottery jackpot, what would you do with it? After quitting my job and paying all my bills, Iíd establish a fat life-care trust fund for my son and make some charitable donations. Then it would be off to Ireland, Scotland and New Zealand for my dream trip. Back to Shanagary in County Cork for several months to attend the Ballymaloe Cookery School. Finally, back here to rent a house with a decent kitchen so I could work on my cookbook and my culinary skills.
"...there's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and it's worth fighting for."
"We're children of a fighting race that never yet has known disgrace." (The Soldiers' Song, Irish national anthem)
"Every day above ground is a good day." (Chef Justin Kennedy of New Orleans, on Chopped)
