I have a crazy schedule also... Glad to see I am not the only one that struggles.
I work for 8 hours...at a desk... no microwave just a pop machine ( blah )! I working on my Master's degree at night... 2-3 nights a week... and I also need to go to 2-4 support group meetings a week... I have a 16 year old son! In the past... I grabbed something sweet or greasy and a big o Dr.Pepper for breakfast...and lunch was usually a set down restraunt - you know the bazillion calorie meal for 4 all on one plate kinda place!!
My biggest struggle right now .. is lunch. I am trying to eat breakfast at home.. only I am not a morning person and the breakfast bars aren't getting me going.. so I am starved by 1 pm when I go eat and don't really know what I should or shouldn't be eating. Any suggestions for lunch. I would like to eat something from home but don't have a way to store it or heat it!
