If you have stairs inside your home I purpose a challenge to walk up & down the stairs (top to bottom) at least 5 times (in a row) per day. If you do not have stairs walk completely around your home at least 10 times.
This may sound simple but it will get us moving.
Personally I have stairs ... boy do I have stairs from the basement to the bedrooms 28 in total.
I can get tired just thinking about it.
