We all do so much for other, husbands, wives , kids.... we need to start taking time for ourselves. Even just 5 mins a day quiet time can make the biggest difference. I have my time after dinner even before the kitchen gets cleaned. I make a tea and just relax once I'm finished then I will carry on...
Also I have started a journal each day writing one line only. I am happy today because...
By doing this I am learning to be a better person.
