Even though, I'm within my calorie range,which is 1200 to 1550, I think that it's too much on the higher end of my calorie range.
Therefore, I need to do more exercise to burn more calories.
I, also need to be more careful of my calorie range. I need to start eating more healthy.
I've got to work on my plan for June to do a better job on goals ,that I need to study,and set up for myself.

I didn't use to understand how this accountability challenge worked, but this time, I understand it.
It finally sunk in this thick head of mine. LOL

Thanks, Toni for helping me to understand it,this time around. Appreciate it.

One thing about it, though, the scales stayed the same for the past ten days, but I've lost two(2) inches off of my waist, and (1/2) one-half inch off of my hips. Woo Hoo!
