Ok...duh! spring cleaning? what do i do? if it is painting..i don't know about that..altho i do have two cabinets, no, 3 that need painting in the kitchen.(we added a couple of cabinets and one in the den/dining room). walking...ok ...i did 1.8 miles yesterday. I will tell you later what i did today. i really need to up my mileage!

For every 30 minutes of cardio you do per day you get 5 points. If the cardio is done outside- bonus 1 point for every 30 miutes outdoors.

This is a cardio challenge for the month of March!

For every 30 minutes of cardio you do per day you get 5 points. If the cardio is done outside- bonus 1 point for every 30 miutes outdoors.

Example

30 Minutes Treadmill - 5
60 minutes Walking outside - 10+2

Total for day - 17

Total For Month - 17
