Hi!

I am going to stop keeping track here. I feel like I am failing because of my sporadic calorie intake. I am still unsure how much to eat and so am all over the place. You would think this would be easier, but it is not.

I do keep track on an excel file.... it is much like the accountability challenges that we have and will eventually show me how many calories I really need to average. For now....I am still unsure.

Where I am....

I had a good handle on how much I needed to eat when I was losing weight.

I am still trying to figure out how many calories I need given the amount of calories I burn if I want to stay at my goal weight.

So, if I drop below my goal weight... I try to eat about 500 more calories that day.

I may have to change the calorie range to 1400 - 2000. I am still evaluating....

To be HEALTHY, FIRM, and FIT, NUTRITION is a key component.

The January Fitness Challenge is in 3 parts: FRUITS and VEGETABLES, WATER, and DAILY CALORIES.

FRUITS and VEGETABLES: 1 point for each serving of fruit and/or vegetables
WATER: 1 point for each glass of water (or acceptable liquid such as green tea)
DAILY CALORIES: 10 points for staying within your HEALTHY calorie range.
