Took me a few days.

2008 ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1) Found SP and have stuck with it for 6 months.
2) Have lost 11 lbs. so far.
3) Developed much better eating habits.
4) Exercised more and found I like it.
5) Kept New Years resolution of de-cluttering and simplifying.

2009 HEALTH and FITNESS GOALS

1. Keep using SP.
2. Get involved in walks for charity. I used to do this many years ago.
3. Spend a little less time on the computer.
4. Get required servings of fruit and vegetables a day. Maybe more.
5. Continue with resolution of simplifying.

2008 ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1) Reached my maintenance range of 126 - 129.
2) Completed the Couch to 5K training program and am able to jog over 3 miles.
3) Developed a 30 minute strength training program that I have faithfully done 5 X/wk.
4) Completed a quilt.
5) Cleaned and Painted the inside of the garage.

2009 HEALTH and FITNESS GOALS

1. Maintain maintenance range (for now 126 - 129).
2. Reduce to and then maintain a body fat percentage between 21 - 24% (fitness level).
3. Become a ONE HOUR jogger - jogging consistently 3x per week for about 180 min/wk.
4. Train and walk in Michigan's Susan Komen 3DAY to be held in August of 2009.
5. Seek peace and offer kindness in all areas of my life.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND GOALS CHALLENGE:

#1) Think deeply about what you have accomplished in 2008 and what you wish to accomplish in 2009.

#2) WRITE THEM HERE and also POST THEM on your SPARK PAGE. At least 2 must be HEALTH and FITNESS related in each section.

List 2008 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1) Quit Smoking
2) Started my new healthy journey- Eating right, exercising, and have lost 40 pounds.
3) Got my back yard done this year- been trying to do somehting with it for years. Finally did it this year.
4) Got some of my to do list done. Even though it keep growing.

List 2009 GOALS
1) Get more organized
2) Get a new roof on the house
3) Increase my exercise program
4) Continue to make good choices food wise
5) Get hubby moving more.

#3) VISIT ALL PARTICIPANTS' SPARK PAGES who are in this challenge AND RESPOND TO THEIR 2008 ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND ENCOURAGE THEIR 2009 GOALS!!
