Eating enough fruits and vegetable is easier in the warm weather because I go to the outdoor Farmer's market's. I am not really fond of frozen or canned vegie's so I try to eat seasonally. But my fruit and vegie intake goes way down. Have to say I have been really good about not eating goodies for a very long time. Tonight I had a small piece of Peach Pie with a new Hagen-Dais Flavor, Roasted Pears with Pecans, two scoops in the very small melon scoooper size. Does that count!! HA!

My husband does not care for many veggies either so I get the Birdseye Steam in the microwave in 5 minutes for me and 1 pg is enough for 2 meals I like them a lot and sometimes have that for a snack There are a good many of them just look in the frozen food section and enjoy

SMKY- I am sorry to hear you are having so much pain. I hope it subsides soon. Good for you doing what you can! There are alot of challenges out there... How are you doing with your fruits and veggies?
Granny- sounds like we are pretty much in the same boat. I too struggle with the ST and F/V! Will see what we can come up with. I have a fruits and veggis one in mind. May start it sooner than later.
My biggest challenge is making myself do strength exercises. When we have those kind of challenges it makes me force myself to do them, makes me more accountable. I also need to eat more vegetables, my husband doesn't like very many so I don't fix them for myself. Need to work on that.
I am only one, but still, I am one. I cannot not do everything but I can do something. And because I cannot do everything I will not refuse to do what I can.
If it is to be, it is up to me.

I have been in so much pain for going on 3 months, RA has really kicked in, that I have not really participated in challenges. Have had a bunch of test and go in to Dr. on Wednesday, to see what treatment plan we are going with.
I try to be very active everyday. So the encouraging messengers I see everyday help me. Sorry I cannot suggest challenge. I am doing water, stretching and cardio.
