I am thinking about December's challenges. Does anyone want to keep the ACCOUNTABILITY challenge on the team page, or can you do it on your own? Does it help to have a place to post it?

OCTOBER'S EVALUATION (1ST - 31ST)
AVERAGE CALORIES CONSUMED = 1409
AVERAGE CALORIES BURNED = 297
NET AVERAGE CALOIRES = 1111.3
Weight - Oct 1 = 176.5
Weight - Nov 1 = 175

COMMENTS and DISCOVERIES: I did much better with my evening snacks. Made better choices on snacks. I need to improve on water and vegetables.


THEREFORE IN NOVEMBER I WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE AND WILL:
1) Drink 10 glasses of water
2) Eat more vegetables
3) Do more strength exercises

COMMENTS and DISCOVERIES:
I use a scale that measures fat%. This past month I did not lose as much as I had been (2.5#), but my fat% dropped 3% (from 34% to 31%).

THEREFORE IN NOVEMBER I WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE AND WILL:
1) Hopefully, lose the last 3.5# to reach the goal weight I chose!
2) Begin to watch and adjust these numbers so that a balance point is reached between what I eat and what I burn.
