Cardio = 0 = 0 Point
Motivation = 1 video + comment = 10 Points.

The video that I watched today was Cholesterol. It explains why it's so important to have it checked to see if a person has high cholesterol ,or not. There are no symptoms, so a blood fasting test is the only way to find out. Too high, can cause a person to have a stroke or heart attack. The best treatment is prevention, by diet and exercise. It's very interesting, and it also tells you what the numbers should be for each reading.

I watched the video - Life After A Heart Attack.
I already knew some of the things, that I heard on this video. The reason being is that my husband had one around 4 yrs ago, I think. It talked about some of the emotions a person might feel afterward, such as Depression, Fear, and Anger. Also about being afraid that a person might have another one. The video explains it all ,very well. Worth watching, to be informed.

Chose the video called BLADDER CONTROL. DH has some issues and I know several older women with issues. It was interesting - talked about the reasons (there are several) for bladder control problems and what to do about them. Lots of 'fixes' before choosing surgery.
