FITNESS CHALLENGE:

Upper Body work:
DUMBBELL HAMMER CURLS - If you do not own weights use food cans or something similar.
25 curls = 5 points [max points per day 20]

Core work:
REVERSE CRUNCHES
25 crunches = 5 points [max points per day 20]

Cardio work:
CARDIO – don’t include housework or gardening
25 minutes = 5 points [max points per day 20]

Motivation work:
SPARK PAGES or BLOGS – visit, read, and motivate someone!
1 page = 5 points [max points per day 20]
