Here is a fun challenge that will only take a moment or two of your time.

How to play....

1) A challenge is posted.
2) The challenge is accepted by any team member.
3) The challenge must be completed immediately.
4) The person that accepts and completes the challenge posts a new challenge.

For example:

1) A challenge is posted, for example "Do 25 wall push ups."

2) I open the thread and see the challenge and want to accept it so I reply and post "Accepted."

3) I must do the 25 wall push ups immediately AFTER I post "Accepted." Try not to take more than a couple minutes. You cannot use the 25 push ups you might have done BEFORE you looked at the thread.

4) As soon as I am done, I reply again and say - "Completed"
"New Challenge - 25 crunches

5) Another person will accept this challenge - and reply and post "Accepted."

An Example will also be posted above this entry in the thread - so everyone can see how it works.

Guidelines:

All challenges must be listed in the My Fitness Strength Training and must not use any accessories like weights or bands (as all of us do not own them).

Keep the challenges doable - 10, 25 or 50 at the most. They should be in the beginner list.
