Don't know how to make a list like yours. Goals for July 27th-August 5th. 1.--3x week, use treadmill at the gym, for 30 minutes. 2.--Spark Strength Training, do 3x a week. 3.---try to drink at least 4 glasses of water. 4.--Try to stay within my calorie range. 5.--Walk, outside, for 15 minutes,every day. 6.--Do more if I can.

Darc - what is the 30 week training program? I just joined the Couch to 5K group, a 9 week program. I think it will take me 30 weeks to do the 9.....

1. Floss daily
2. Do non-weight bearing exercise two days per week.
3. Exercise 6 out of every 7 days.
4. Participate in the 100 daily challenges on BLF team.
5. Don't forget to vote.
6. Pick a date to begin the 30 week runners training program.
7. A buddy at work has offered to become an exercise buddy, take her up on it!
