I like the idea of udating my message each week with the new weight + goal ... it'e exciting! Maybe it's better a class leader starts this topic.

you know something that we do on other teams and it's easy to keep track of, is to create one post with your choice of dates.. once a week all on one post.. then each week you come back to your original post and edit it..

Here is a example:

5/07= 226lb (start)
5/14= 224 (2lb loss)
5/21= 220 (4lb loss)
5/28=

Goal= 218 for the month of May

remember this is just a example.. but it works quite well..

My 2 cents worth: I don't think that we should have a set day for everyone to weigh in. Everyone has different schedules and maybe can't weigh on a given day. And most people already have a day that they weigh themselves at home. But if y'all want a certain weigh in day ... go for it! I'll be able to keep a total of losses/gains for whatever day y'all decide to post. Of course, that is, if you post how much weight you have lost/gained. You can also include inches lost, too.

Hi buddies! I was supposed to weight myself this morning. But Mondays are hard and sometimes on weekends I (you?) eat a bit more or exercise a bit less ... so I propose to weight ourselves weekly but on Tuesdays or Wednesdays/Thursdays. I'll post it tomorrow! Fingers crossed!
