You're right!!!!! They are really hard. After I did 2 sets, my upper leg muscles were really pulling...guess we all know how out of shape we are, huh?

I've done 2 sets of those wall squats today so far and let me tell you, they are not easy. I think this challenge will be very beneficial. I am hoping that by the end of the week, I can do more :)

For those of you who are still doing wall pushups and don't get to post your amount of sets today, Sunday, post them tomorrow. I would like to have all the wall pushups turned in by tomorrow evening so I can finish calculating the results. I'm planning to post the list of participating team members and the totals Tuesday if nothing happens.

Sorry, didn't know we were to report in about the wall pushups! Guess I'm still learning things here!
Anyway, I did about 9 sets per day, so that will be 63 sets altogether, I guess. (That's counting tomorrow, of course),...you should see me doing them at Church in the bathroom!!!!!!!!!! hehe
People already knew I was crazy, but now it's for SURE! (The ones who saw me are teenage girls)...oh my! Hope they didn't tell!!!!!!!!!! emoticon

Wow... only two sets today. Not good. But I got the new challenge and let me tell you, I've done them before and they are HARD. I'm not looking forward to it, but I am because I know that they will be so good for me.

# of wall and counter pushups
Monday~~~~~~~7 sets = 105 wall push ups + 20 counter push ups = 125
Tuesday~~~~~~7 sets = 105 wall push ups + 20 counter push ups = 125
Wednesday~~~~5 sets = 65 wall push ups + 20 counter push ups = 85
Thursday~~~~~7 sets = 105 wall push ups + 20 counter pushups = 125
Friday~~~~~~~6 sets = 90 wall push ups + 20 counter push ups = 110
Saturday~~~~~2 sets = 30 wall push ups + 20 counter push ups = 50

Haven't posted for the last few days but figure about 5 each day, except for today. Today is a wash out. Busy in the car all day so no place to do push ups.
