And I thought I was doing a really well by picking and choosing the fat free / low fat items.
I knew diet soda's are the worst choice due to artificial sweeteners but did not realize in the fat free items artificial sweeteners & flavors were used. Article speaks of milk, peanut butter, cookies those items I don't buy fat free or low fat but I do on Salad dressing, Ice Cream and Yogurt
Salad dressing fat free ones block absorption of fruits’ and veggies’ nutrients.
Learned something new today that fat helps you feel full !
Low Fat yogurt use artificial sweeteners for the lack of fat. Artificial sweeteners may cause a person to crave more sweets.
