That's an awesome list and one I believe is acheivable! It's not a diet, but a lifestyle change.

I weighed myself today because today starts my new mentality towards weight loss. And lo and behold I had somehow lost 5 pounds. HERE WE GO!

I plan on working out AT LEAST 3 days a week

I am going to use the Couch 2 5k podcasts I downloaded on Itunes

I am going to log whatever I eat

I will not get discouraged by bad weeks I will only be motivated to do more.

I will not pay money for bad drinks such as coffee or soda when water is free everywhere

I will not waste money on fast food

I will make smarter choices on what to eat

I will weigh myself every monday morning

I will use my wiifit for strength exercises 2x a week since I can not afford the gym

I will better myself for my son and family

I will post video blogs every now and then to have a more interactive feeling on here

I will keep my calories at 1600 and below

I WILL SUCCEED IN ACCOMPLISHING MY GOALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
