Strength training before cardio?? YES YES AND YES...
Starting with two to five minutes of cardio before ST is called warming-up -- which is important.
But most of us who "lift heavy" do our warm-up, then strength-training first.
We need to lift heavy to get the benefits of strength training much more quickly. Any good article will tell you that.
I WORKED OUT LAST NIGHT, after work! Just 15 min. trampoline CARDIO, but that was more than enough for me, and great! Today I'll do 15 mins KETTLEBELL & some dumbbells this morning, and then schedule a 2nd kettlebell (home) workout-- after work.
