Afreaz - Even when I am really busy, I do things like park my car far from where I am going so I get extra steps in. I also walk at a faster speed so I can get my heart rate up. Until you can find the time, maybe those kinds of things can help you.

Hi, I noticed you needed help with the link below. I just watched the video and it was very inspiring. The way you do it is to copy the link, then past it into your computer browser. That way you get it exactly right. Good luck and it was worth trying to watch again.

I agree..getting started is absolutely the HARDEST part. There are days when I despise the thought of going to the gym, and sometimes I fail and just dont go, but the days that I do... I am always glad I did. Goodluck, one day at a time...were in this together!!

I started out good on my "lifestyle change" in early march. I was working out 4-5 times a week & eating right. After Easter I have fallen into a slump. I only work out once or twice a week & neeed to get my eating back in check. I have lost 22 pounds but have a feeling I have gained some back & will find out how much when I weigh in at the doc. this week. I still have 100 popunds to lose but have lost my motivation.

Baby steps. Try walking for ten minutes everyday, when you get used to that try something new or adding more minutes in

I often have a hard time getting started, but once I get going I feel positive about myself.
I have found that starting my day with a little (10 minutes) of stretching really helps me to jump start the day - I'm more energetic and want to DO more. Perhaps this would also help to get your blood pumping as well...

You can do this!! You will feel great when you do!! I am feeling my best when I am putting the foods in my body that it needs. I feel great when I work out on a regular basis. Then I want to clean the house~ And keep all of the rest of my life organized!!
I really really need help. I'm eating healthier, which I'm thrilled about, but I just can't get motivated to move. I've even stopped cleaning the house on a regular basis. It seems easier to me to stop something (i.e. bad food choices) than it is for me to actually get up and DO something. Maybe it's depression? I dunno, someone give me a reason to get moving, whether its a kick in the ass or a medical reminder.
