Today I got up early enough and made myself an omlet of sorts -well- more like a scrambled egg- but it was 1 egg and 2 whites with red onion and green pepper minced up in it. Trying to increase my protein and veggies.

We are not old until regrets start taking the place of dreams.

Prolly not the best... but today I ate a Blueberry NutriGrain bar because I was late and didn't get a chance to eat until I got to work and that's all we had here! :( Better tomorrow!

Today I had 1/2 cup total cereal dry, 24 almonds 1/2 everything bagel and cream cheese lowfat. I need feul for my fire!!

I got up and ran out the door for work, but then again, I keep my breakfast supplies at work, lol.

At 6am, I had 8oz of orange juice. Then at 7, I grabbed my water bottle and took my vitamins.

My real breakfast was at 9, when I had a bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar/splenda and some simply smart margarine.

My breakfast is the same pretty much every day. I have 1 1/2 cups of gluten free Chex, 8 oz. of skim milk, 8 oz. of Spicy V8 vegetable juice, 1 cup (large) of coffee with fat free flavored creamer and 1 glass of Metamucil.

Wherever you go, there you are!

Today was not my norm as I was off. Usually I have eggs and hot cereal of some type, today my little niece was here so we had toaster strudels. Not too healthy but ok once in a while.

I always eat breakfast - can't make it through the morning otherwise, lol. Today, it was Lemon Pie lite yogurt, a cinnamon mini-bagel with low fat cream cheese and a large banana. And coffee, of course! Even though I drink decaf, I still "need" a couple of cups in the morning.

On weekends, since I'm eating breakfast at home instead of at my desk, I usually have a big bowl of Old-fashioned oats with dried cranberries and walnuts.

Before I had a hard time eating breakfast at least till around 10am. Now that my eating is so good I am hungary around 7am because I need the energy. At work I usually have 1/2 cup of total cereal and 24 almonds. It keeps me going till lunch! I also drink alot of coffee first thing in the morning like I get up 2 hours work work to have my coffee time. With little creamer. At that time to get ready for the day I will log my coffee creamer and what else I know I am going to eat for the day. It helps me to get the day off to the right track!! On the weekends I buy these Jimmy dean de light english muffins. They are really good!! emoticon
