First of all i'd like to say,

!!!!please don't post in here, this is for info only. Thanks!!!!

For all our new members, this is how we work out our numbers:

Example: JOBUNNY---40/3/630/600

40 = How many minutes I pledge to do each day
3 = How many days a week I pledge to do (so we have 40 x 3 = 120 mins per week then x this number by the amount of weeks in the month so itís 40 x 3 = 120 x 4 weeks = 480 (if we have an odd week Iíll throw in one extra day of working out to compensate for that 480 + 40 = 520 for the month)
630 = How many minutes I pledge to work out for the month
600 = How many minutes I have left in my goal. (Iíve put in that Iíve done 30 minutes mowing already this week so you can see how it works)

So... all the numbers stay the same for then entire month APART from the last one. that one will go down as you do your exercises. Each Sunday / Monday you need to email me your numbers (just emailing 'hi I did 35 minutes this week' is fine, you don't have to send the entire thing) or you can post them on this board and Iíll pick them up from here. Please put ĎJo then your numbers' so I can pick up that you want them recorded not just listed for everyone to see.

I am so rebellious.... I walk a 24 minute mile sometimes, but my average is 19 minutes. But HEY it's after work guys! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

My goal for this summer (while it's nice out) is to
walk 90 minutes with my dogs after work. That would mean I am committed to these many minutes for July.
there are 16 days left in July x 90 (includes weekends)
1440
