For all our new members, this is how we work out our numbers:
40 = How many minutes I pledge to do each day
3 = How many days a week I pledge to do (so we have 40 x 3 = 120 mins per week then x this number by the amount of weeks in the month so itís 40 x 3 = 120 x 4 weeks = 480 (if we have an odd week Iíll throw in one extra day of working out to compensate for that 480 + 40 = 520 for the month)
630 = How many minutes I pledge to work out for the month
600 = How many minutes I have left in my goal. (Iíve put in that Iíve done 30 minutes mowing already this week so you can see how it works)
So... all the numbers stay the same for then entire month APART from the last one. that one will go down as you do your exercises. Each Sunday / Monday you need to email me your numbers (just emailing 'hi I did 35 minutes this week' is fine, you don't have to send the entire thing) or you can post them on this board and Iíll pick them up from here. Please put ĎJo then your numbers' so I can pick up that you want them recorded not just listed for everyone to see.
