I've done some chair exercises but never thought of trying to find Chair Zumba. These videos are great. Thanks so much for sharing the links. There are also some others out there on YouTube so plenty of variety to keep you from getting bored.

Thanks so much for sharing. Just watching those links made me smile. Since having ankle surgery in Dec. 2012, it is taking me longer to heal and feel up to par with some other medical issues. I think these will be fun to try and it really motivated me to want to get moving again. I want to buy some Zumba dvd's also but was a bit scared I couldn't keep up. It would be easy to modify them to a chair until I can feel 100%.
I found the Chair Zumba videos. That was fun! Some exercises are so bad on the knees that its discouraging. But I will try this for some variety and my Richard Simmons which doesn't seem to bother the knees. Thanks much! Keep them coming!
I just purchased the Zumba DVD today and excited to use when it arrives. Now I would like to know what is a Zumba Chair? And where can I see it for myself.. Maybe I can share it with others... Hearing that there is a site to go on.. can someone tell where to go, Thanks...
Thank you PAULAAUTUMN for the video websites for the Chair Zumba. I am just now getting mobile with walking. I have been doing exercises on the bed and seated on the side of the bed. I am walking almost 1000 steps now. I had never heard of the Chair Zumba. I can't wait to try this. Thanks again
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through CHRIST which strengtheneth me.
I like Zumba it is fun and even if you get it wrong it does not matter it is all about movement and having some fun as well. Trust me if I can do anyone can I am the worlds most uncoordinated person you can imagine I am sure I have two left feet. I don't care if I look silly I am having fun and getting fit as well so it is worth having a go at it.
thanks for these links. My husband just got me a set of Zumba disks. Am a little intimidated...chuckling Maybe I can start with the chair Zumba and work up to opening his box : ) I think it is awesome that someone has made these youtubes,, especially for those that can't stand!!!! Sorry I don't have any suggestions for you
I love dancing and do this every morning before DH gets up he finds it funny not in a nasty way but I get embarrassed dancing when he is up. So for my afternoon work out I do chair exercises but want to spice it up with chair Zumba. Being slow to learn new things I need something that takes you through what you do slowly first than speed up.
