Our coach had our running class do 6 2 minute speed intervals followed by a 1 mile negative split which means the 2nd half mile is faster than the 1st and you're left with nothing left in the tank afterwards! Great workout!

Wow patti that is A LOT of exercise!!! I did 42 minutes on the treadmill....I did a 12 minute dvd....I stayed in range.....I worked 4 hours today as well....

I did my 63 min on treadmill, then did 2 set of elliptical for 15 min each. Also did min Athletic Interval video & 10 min Cardio Kickbox video for the January Challenge. Then I cleaned house on top of that.

I'm in a walking boot now, so we shopped for exercise. Did a lot of browsing too, but it felt great to just walk again, even though it was slowly.

I went to my weekend swim class. It meets from 8-10 and boy, was it hard to get up early today. Then I stayed after and swam another 900 yards. It's week 2 towards swimming a mile.

I think I am going to take a cue from DIANN111 today and play on the Wii with my kids. We can do Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort. There is boxing, bowling, archery, tennis, basketball... and lots of other stuff. There's a boat one that I remember I had a really hard time doing because my arms are/were so weak.

I am going to walk on my lunch, then hand out pie to the employees here (lead me not into pie temptation, deliver me from the evils of pie), and then come back to my office and do strength training stuff while on a conf call.

I need to do some housework today.

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached in January 2011. I have stayed at 125 (give or take a few pounds) ever since.

walk 60 minutes and took the kids to carnival for holloween at the church for 4 hrs and now I'm relaxing and I am so tired and legs are hurting. almost time for bed.

13 minutes on the elliptical then working with contractor on our house. Carried lumber and did other 'construction related' work. I feel that work more than if I had done strength training but it feels good.

Aside from walking the dog and doing "poop patrol" after the Four Ferrets (LOL), I plan to work on smoothing out the new strength exercises I am just now adding to my routine to bring it up to 15 minutes a day.

You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.

I did part of the Pussy Cat Dolls Work out and laughed at myself a lot LOL I don't think I am anywhere close to ready to be a Pussy Cat Doll LOL But the work out was fun!

Today is (or should it be was, hehe) my 1st workout in My Bounce Back Fitness Plan. Did 4 minutes jumping rope (jumping 1 minute then strength training and back to jumping and repeat the cycle) and 24 minutes strength training.

mostly packing for vacation, so I'm running up and down the stairs seems like every 10 min to find things, to iron stuff, to go to the washer/dryer, etc. Whew, that's work and also, have walked outside some with more to come later.

Lots of things today - do laundry (it was so sunny, couldn't miss this good chance!), made my cat litter box, trying that crystal or gel or whatever is that suppose to odourless and clumpless. Also managed to clear up some of my clothes from the bed and the work clothes cabinet (or is it furniture closet, haha) About two hours before dusk, did my sandwich workout (cardio + strength) for 59 minutes. Quite productive for someone who was cranky losing her sleep because of irritating, annoying, noisy firework last night!

Smilinde--that is my once a week job and it includes pillows in dryer while sheets washing or at least 15 minutes. It is a good things for everyone to do with pillow..NO it's not exercise except you have to bend wayyyyyy down to put in and take out.

This sound like for you since you can't go out and walk yet some really good movement of the body...and just think of the rewards for the house and others... emoticon you sound like you aren't going to just sit around and let though mouscle melt away. The up and down stairs sounds like legs exercises too... emoticon

With physical exercise that was WILD AND FUN for several years that came to a crashing hault almost 8 months ago, and is still doctor/specialist ordered as a NO NO NO NO NO...

Now it is time to get creative, without hitting the street to get in my five miles a day, and going to clean homes and businesses for 8-10 hours a day to SWEAT THE POUNDS OFF; WHILE BUILDING MUSCLE TOO.

Today I will be striping the beds for washing and having them remade before bedtime tonight. Utility room is in the basement. One bedroom is on the main level of our home, and the other is UPSTAIRS.

Will be taking out the trash from all three levels, and sweeping all flooring on all three levels. May even clean the main level bathroom, and the basement bathroom(uggghhh that one is in the so called "man cave" ha~true bravery there)!!!! lol
