I am really excited about the idea of prioritizing my self time for workouts! I'm hoping to take the time today to set up a workout schedule and my ten "I will . . . " statements for the next ten weeks. Thanks for the motivation!

Posting our 10 plus minutes I hope I have been doing it right or it will appear I'm doing much more than what was done! I am putting in actual minutes.
As for are we lazy? Sometimes we are just plain BUSY. It can be more of prioritzing our time...

do you know if I just put a 1 in for tracking 10 min streak goal, or do I, for example, put in 3 for doing 30 minutes? Thanks for the help emoticon

Calculate the total number of hours you work each week and the number of hours you sleep each week...then the rest is for free time, chores, family...take that number and assign yourself priority exercise time on a calendar.
I am training for a triathlon in a six week program & am not athletic or in shape...but I'm willing to set aside 4 hours a week to reach this goal. Are you with me?
