I am really excited about the idea of prioritizing my self time for workouts! I'm hoping to take the time today to set up a workout schedule and my ten "I will . . . " statements for the next ten weeks. Thanks for the motivation!

Calculate the total number of hours you work each week and the number of hours you sleep each week...then the rest is for free time, chores, family...take that number and assign yourself priority exercise time on a calendar. I am training for a triathlon in a six week program & am not athletic or in shape...but I'm willing to set aside 4 hours a week to reach this goal. Are you with me?
