I could use a little advice. I am doing well with the diet but I'm finding it hard to exercise.
As with most folks I am pretty busy and it seems like when I have the time to exercise I don't have the energy. I am up at 5 and out the door at 6 AM.. Then it off to work and back home by 5 PM. By then all I really want to do is sit in my favorite comfy chair and relax.
I would really appreciate any suggestions.
