I'm with HeidiSO, use it. If you can feel it getting your heart rate going, then it seems to me that it counts as cardio.

There was much rejoicing!

From my experience the activities in the fitness tracker have been fairly accurate. I haven't had any use for the farm work one.

I would say use it.

emoticon That had to be some hard work.

I have a small farm, 23 Chickens and 4 Goats. We are still trying to clear land so that our Goats help with the small stuff and then we move in behind them and clear the bigger stuff. Anyways, I work in my yard almost every day, cutting and clearing and moving branches and trees. I sweat like a pig because it is soooo hot in SC. Does anyone know if the, farm work - general, in the fitness tracer would be a good choice for me to keep tabs on my cardio count. I would love to as close of a count as I can.
If you have any other suggestions let me know. emoticon
