Eat more whole grains, more veggies and fruits, and drink 10 glasses of water per day.
Eat healthy snacks.
One day of the week= cheat day (Except fast food...I don't eat the crap).
Exercise at least 20 minutes every day, up to an hour.
Strength train 15 minutes twice a week, working different muscle groups and will be working up to more in a few weeks.
So far I am making progress, I have exercised 10 out of the last 11 days, and I have been eating very well! No cravings! I am very pleased with myself.
I believe that I my actually be able to do it!
