My, your too young to sound so Old! I'm sure you've seen & been through much. Time doesn't really 'heal' old wounds, but they do fade. With prayer & meditation.
Sounds like you have a good head on your situation, emoticon & have a safe recovery & holidays too! emoticon

HI: I am new to this forum. I am ready to learn to relax and live. I have 34 1/2 years in the Army and will plan on retire in the spring of 2010. I haVE DONE ENOUGH, AND AM READY TO GET ON WITH THE REST OF MY LIFE WHILE i CAN STILL ENJOY IT. I am retiring in alaska, to be DR Quinn, Medicine woman; to help take care of the indigents, natives, and those who either do not trust traditional medicine, live to far from it or can't afford it. The Good Lord gave us everything for Natural medicine, so we should learn to use it more. Liker life, it takes time and patience for it to work.

I am currently at FT Lewis, WA, waiting for my next set of orders, but will probably return to southern CA on Thursday until my orders come in. I have some current medical issues I am working on, to include a torn supraspinatus tendon in my left shoulder, so am doing physical therapy for that.

I try to do some exercise daily, to keep me going, plus stretching for range of motion. Take care and have a Happy Holiday Season!

always has been to make my little corner of the world the best place I can make it for my family, my friends and myself...

It's not a diet, it's not exercise, it's a way of life. Period.

You only have one life. What are your goals for living?

My goals are:

"You're never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream..." C.S. Lewis

“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.” ~Mark Victor Hansen
